One of the best rules in blackjack is the 3 to 2 payout when you get an ace and a ten on your initial hand. This is called a “natural” or a “blackjack”. But you’ll find more casinos than everoffering games where the payout for this hand is only 6 to 5.

Here’s how that works:

In a normal blackjack game, you bet $100. You get a natural. Your payout is $150.

In a 6/5 blackjack, you bet $100. You get a natural. Your payout is only $120.

The 3/2 rule applied on all tables there, and the dealers seemed to enjoy their jobs more than at most of the other casinos. But, unfortunately, the 6/5 rule is ubiquitous and is only likely to get worse. All of the games mentioned below pay 3:2 on a blackjack. Best Las Vegas Strip Blackjack. Being able to double on any two cards is worth about 0.2%, too.

Assume 60 hands per hour at $10 per hand. That’s $600 in action per hour.

You’ll lose, on average, $6 per hour playing the standard game.

But if you play 6/5 instead, you’ll lose an average of $14.10 per hour.

Just say no to 6/5 blackjack. If enough players refuse to play, the casinos might stop offering it.

$10 min is CSM.
PH has same rules, 3:2 $15 min.Harrah's has an all-BJ pit just up from the Asian pit, and next to the craps tables, just in front of the new bar. BJ there is mostly $10 min all the time, and at least 1 table is 3:2, possibly 2 of them; the rest are 6:5. The $25 min BJ next to the Asian pit (facing min-bacc) is 3:2 as well. The party pit nearer the doors onto LV Blvd are all 6:5.

Paris LV has 3:2 in the pit next to Gustav's bar (roughly the middle of the casino). The pit has sort of a long dark wood gazebo built over it. Weekday min's in that pit are $10, but I don't know about later; think they go up at night, but not more than $25.

I can confirm (as can you now, I'm sure) that Bellagio is a great place for 3:2 tables. From my experience over the weekend, there is usually 1-2 $25 6-deck shoe tables with no CSM, even at peak hours. The double (or maybe they were triple?) deck games are $100 tables and I think don't offer late surrender.
Based on some of my friends' reports, Ellis Island (near the strip, but mostly for locals, I think) has $5 tables that are 3:2, and also double (or triple?) deck, although also no surrender and I assume for more than $5 min.

Ah i stand corrected. Another cool thing i didnt know till recently, spend $15 at the cafe or bbq place, and you can use the receipt as a $5 match play.
